All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or if an item is out of stock. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Sales tax is collected where required by law based on your shipping address.

4. Personalized Items

Personalized items are made to order based on the specifications you provide. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, as errors in your submitted text cannot be corrected after production begins. Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the specifications you submitted.

5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
