Are your wood earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Our earrings are finished with beeswax and polymerized linseed oil — a natural, non-toxic protective coating — and fitted with standard ear hooks. The wood itself is hypoallergenic. If you have a metal sensitivity, please note we use standard ear wires; contact us and we can discuss alternative hook options.

How do I care for my wood jewelry and gifts?

Keep wood pieces dry, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth when needed. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade the finish over time. Do not submerge wood jewelry in water or wear it while swimming or bathing. With basic care, your piece will maintain its look and finish for years.

Can wood earrings get wet?

Brief exposure to moisture (like light rain) is generally fine, but you should remove wood earrings before swimming, showering, or bathing. Prolonged water exposure can raise the wood grain and affect the finish. Dry any moisture off promptly with a soft cloth.

Can I personalize a product with a name, date, or message?

Yes — many of our products support personalization directly at checkout. You will see a personalization text field on the product page where you can enter your custom name, date, initials, or short message. Personalized orders ship in 3–5 business days. Please double-check your text before placing your order, as personalized items cannot be changed after production begins.

Do you accept fully custom orders?

Yes, we accept custom project requests for larger or one-of-a-kind pieces. To request a custom quote, use our contact form and describe your project — including dimensions, wood species preference, quantity, and any design details. We will respond within 1–2 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after design approval.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Ready-made items ship in 1–2 business days. Personalized items ship in 3–5 business days. Fully custom or large orders ship in 5–7 business days after design approval. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), allow an additional 1–2 business days.

What shipping options are available?

We ship all orders via USPS. Three options are available at checkout: USPS Ground Advantage (free on every order, 2–5 business days), USPS Priority Mail ($7, 1–3 business days), and USPS Priority Mail Express ($35, overnight). All rates are flat and apply to orders within the United States and Canada.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS with estimated delivery of 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about Canadian delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, use our contact form with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the engraving does not match what you submitted. If your personalized order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will remake or refund it at no cost to you.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes. We source our hardwoods from suppliers committed to responsible forestry practices. We choose domestic hardwoods where possible and Baltic birch plywood from certified sources. Our laser cutting process also minimizes material waste by nesting designs efficiently.
